Hailing from Kelowna, British Columbia, young Canadian Breana Geering is one of the most technically gifted women in skateboarding. She found an old board in her garage at age 12, and it didn't take long before she found her calling. Feeling inspiration from all-time female greats like Elissa Steamer and Marisa Dal Santo, Breana favors the streets and loves the raw styles of Ed Templeton and Jim Greco. After moving to Vancouver, Breana caught the eye of hometown pro Rick McCrank, which led to her fulfilling a childhood dream of being the first female to ride for the legendary Girl Skateboards brand. With a pro-model board on the racks, and a couple shoe colorways with Vans in her back pocket, Breana stays humble and says her biggest accomplishment is the community and friends she has gained through her love of skateboarding. She also enjoys riding bikes, playing music, and stays truly Canadian with a big plate of poutine as a favorite meal.
