Jamie Foy has officially reached icon status in professional skateboarding. After kicking off 2024 with last part in the “Baker Has a Deathwish Part 2” video, Jamie spent the rest of the year proving to the world that he is the hardest working man in our sport. With groundbreaking new parts released by Spitfire, Dickies, and New Balance, it was undeniable when Thrasher Magazine named him Skater of the Year. With this achievement, Jamie joins a very short list of two-time winners in the 35-year history of SOTY. One would think that these accolades would lead to some much-deserved rest, relaxation, and maybe a little ego boost, but not Jamie. Loved and respected by all, Jamie has established himself as a good-hearted, humble workhorse that loves nothing more than skating daily with the homies, then winding down the day with some Chick-fil-A and a mellow evening with his lady.
