Steven Vasquez

Steven Vasquez is a young skater starting to make a name for himself on the big stage. With the support of Stevie Williams and the legendary DGK brand, this young adult from Chino, California is just trying to make his father proud. When asked how he started skating, Steven replied, “My dad got me into it hoping I would avoid the mistakes he made and the situations he found himself in when he was young.” With unending parental support, Steven flourished. Now, he has a revamped DVS program keeping his feet comfy and Jarritos keeping his thirst quenched. He says his favorite skaters are Nyjah and Jamie Foy, but don’t think that means he only likes to go big. He is just as comfortable getting tech on a ledge as he is blasting heelflips down the biggest stairs in Southern California. Outside of skating, Steven keeps it simple. He likes chicken wings, rap music, and hanging out with his boys.
